A tracking number is generated at the point of packaging and will be available on the USPS website within a few hours after it is picked up and scanned by USPS.

All Packages have "Tracking" and are "Insured" for the value of what was ordered. 

My package shows Delivered but I did not receive the package.

Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office in person, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery.

USPS uses GPS tracking for packages, through its Product Tracking and Reporting (PTR) system. This system logs GPS coordinates of delivery scans, allowing for a more precise tracking of a package's location.

Your package is "Insured" for the amount of purchased, you can file a claim with your local post office. Only the “Recipient” can file the claim and dispute the delivery when a package is showing delivered.

Passport Holder and Tags are sealed in a Cellophane Bag and bubble wrapped. All items are then placed in a weatherproof poly mailer for protection from damage during shipping.
